Cleve West
We are delighted to announce a co-operative partnership with Cleve West, the Chelsea Flower Show Gold Medallist, whose garden which recognised the needs of those with dementia, achieved the highest seal of approval from the judges as well as winning the coveted BBC/RHS People's Choice Award at Chelsea.
