In 1998, Castlemead successfully delivered its first primary care centre in North Wales for a GP practice and the NHS. Building on the success of that project, which was developed via a Third Party Developer process, we expanded our expertise and completed an additional nine primary care centres across England and Wales.

In 2008, we further diversified by delivering a care home facility in Shropshire. Since then, we have developed five additional large-scale care homes nationwide. Several of these projects have been enhanced by co-locating extra care apartments or houses, allowing us to offer an integrated approach to elderly care in one location.

Our healthcare developments draw upon our extensive residential experience—sourcing prime development sites, securing planning permission, and providing comprehensive design and construction services. This expertise allows us to successfully deliver high-quality care facilities for both public and private operators
