A new build development of eight bungalows and one staff living unit. This scheme comprises of two dwellings for social rent and six units designed for residents with autism who will be able to live independently. Residents will receive care from staff within their own homes together with dedicated separate staff accommodation on site. The assisted living bungalows are centred around a landscaped communal courtyard area with each of the dwellings having their own separate garden. The dwellings are a mixture of one and two bed properties, fully wheelchair accessible and fitted with a range of assistive living technology.
