A development of 17 apartments and 8 bungalows on the site of a former warden-controlled apartment scheme. 

The development involved the demolition and site clearance of the former apartment block. 

The New construction Comprises Timber frame for the Bungalows and a hybrid steel/timber frame construction for the apartment block, Foundations are traditional strip footings incorporating a beam and insulation infill ground floor slab system to achieve greater U-Values. Designed to achieve EPC A, All units are fitted with Air Source Heat pumps (ASHP), Mechanical Ventilation heat Recovery (MVHR) and Photovoltaic Panels (PV) Panels. Commenced in August 2024, slated for completion March 2026. 

The Client is a Registered Social Landlord.
