Designed to EPC A, Air Source Heat pumps (ASHP), Mechanical Ventilation heat Recovery (MVHR) and Photovoltaic Panels (PV) Panels fitted to each house.
The client is a registered Social Landlord.
Commenced in February 2026, Slated for completion August 2027.
