A development of 54 one and two bedroom apartments over five floors on a constrained town centre site. The scheme involves the demolition of existing Victorian properties and construction of the new apartment block in concrete and timber frame. The foundation system is a complex piled Raft system with concrete Lower and upper ground floors with a timber frame structure above. Designed to Achieve EPC A, Air Source Heat pumps (ASHP), Mechanical Ventilation heat Recovery (MVHR) and Photovoltaic Panels (PV) Panels fitted for each apartment. The communal spaces feature roof terraces and a low level garden with Sustainable urban Drainage features. The client is a registered Social Landlord. Commenced in April 2024, Slated for completion January 2027.
