Development of 23 houses, flats and bungalows, Gwersyllt Wrexham
This Wales and West Housing Association development will provide 23 houses, flats and bungalows for small families, couples and active older people wishing to remain in the local area. The site is located on the edge of the village of Gwersyllt which has a strong community feel, access to local amenities and good public transport links. Works on this site commenced in Spring 2023 which a completion in Autumn 2024.
