Residential Development, Kelsall, Cheshire
A new build development of 29 properties for Sanctuary Housing consisting of 21 retirement bungalows and 8 apartments on a green field site in the heart of the Cheshire village of Kelsall. Castlemead have acquired the development site, gained planning consent in December 2018 and are constructing the properties via a design and build contract with Sanctuary. The development is now complete as of April 2023!
